Snaedis malmquist
Snædís Malmquist (b. 1990) is a visual artist and designer, based in Reykjavík, Iceland. She studied Creative Direction at the University of the Arts London and Fine Art at the Icelandic University of the Arts.
Snædís works as an Art Director specializing in creative advertisement, design and curation.
In her photographs she explores the world around her with an observer’s eye, moments of tension between the mundane and beautiful, artificial saturation and muted natural hues, bright humor and harsh reality.
